Women in Trades – ScholarshipIncolink NAWIC Scholarship for Women in Trades Incolink provides a $5,000 scholarship annually to an outstanding woman wishing to enter into trade training, apprentice or post-apprenticeship to further develop her skills in the building and construction industry. “We are honoured to be associated with this particular scholarship, which values and promotes women in trades,” said John Glasson, CEO of Incolink. The Incolink NAWIC Scholarship is designed to support women wanting to enter trades, or women in trades wanting to further extend their expertise. The scholarship will be awarded to a woman who can demonstrate her enthusiasm and passion for working in the commercial building and construction industry and how training will equip her to give back to the industry. The scholarship award must be used to meet the financial demands of education relevant to the Australian building and construction industry, such as tuition fees and / or study materials. |
