    NAWIC Mentoring Programs

There are mentoring programs that are currently ongoing in ACT, VIC, NSW, and QLD chapters.  As a part of those programs we are helping bolster the industry with hundreds of men and women both participating as mentees and mentors from a diverse pool of experience, industries, and age.  This program has been very successful in helping retain women in the industry!

If you missed out on any of those programs, we are also working with the Australian Women in Resources Alliance (AWRA) and a participant of the e-Mentoring Program which is helping women in  the resource, allied and construction industries reach their full potential. NAWIC has a comprehensive mentoring program and understands the value of such programs. We support the opportunity for Mentors and Mentees to register their interest in this program at: www.amma.org.au/awra/awra-e-mentoring.

The AWRA e-Mentoring program is funded by the Australian Government through the National Resources Sector Workforce Strategy.
