In this workshop, lead by a panel of experienced industry professionals, we will explore the art of negotiation and conflict resolution techniques, in particular:
œ The difference between formal and informal conflict resolution;
œ Different negotiation styles; and
œ How to effectively respond to different negotiation styles.
