Welcome to the Australian National Association of Women in Construction, our Mission is:

• To raise the profile of women working in the construction industry.
• To be a positive instrument for change in the construction industry.
• To promote and share construction industry best practice. 
• To meet, support and network with other women in the construction industry.

From its beginning in 1995, NAWIC has strived to build a dynamic organisation which encourages and supports women in the construction and related affiliate industries.  Our members have risen steadily over the years due to enhanced networking opportunities and the continuing development of member services and benefits.
